Thank you for shopping at Axon Business Systems LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below. This policy applies to purchases made on www.axonbusinesssystems.ae or through our official selling channels.
Eligibility for Returns
• You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. A clearly documented proof of delivery date is required.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (order invoice, email confirmation, or receipt) must accompany all return requests.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective on arrival:
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Products missing original packaging, labels, accessories, or manuals.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described:
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
• We will verify the condition and advise you on the return or replacement process.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at email/phone with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories with original invoice, and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service (unless otherwise instructed).
Refund Terms
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or digital wallet).
• Refunds may take up to 5–14 business days after approval depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are processed subject to product availability.
• If the replacement item’s price is different (higher or lower), the price difference will be charged.
Legal Rights in the UAE
Consumers in the United Arab Emirates have rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law, including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if products are defective or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
